I Eat, I Travel, I Endo.

Soy Yo
I’m Crystal the passport stamp collecting, sofrito-simmerin’, techie-turned-chronic-illness-creator behind Endo Vida. I’ve flared in foreign pharmacies, navigated street food with a heating pad in my purse, and built a lifestyle brand that’s equal parts resilience, arroz con gandules, and real talk.
Endo Vida started as my way of coping and now it’s where I share everything that’s helped me live, eat, and travel while managing endo and adeno. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about making space for joy, even in the mess.

I Eat
Growing up in a Latino family where food took center stage, I developed a passion for gastronomy early on. When I was diagnosed with endometriosis, my doctor advised me to cut out my favorite cultural foods. However, I refused to give them up. Determined not to give up the flavors I grew up with, I set out on a mission to learn more about food and discover the art of creating modified versions of my favorite dishes. Join me as I share my favorite recipes and endo friendly eats from around the globe.

I travel
Traveling with endometriosis can be tough, but it's not impossible. I'm living proof que si se puede! I've spent over a decade managing stage IV endometriosis while exploring the world. I've gathered tons of tips and tricks to share from my time on the road.

I Endo
When I was first diagnosed, there weren’t many resources out there and even fewer created by people who looked like me. I’ve been dealing with painful periods, endometriosis, and adenomyosis since I was young. It’s been decades of trial and error, dead ends, misdiagnoses, and surgeries just to get the kind of clarity I wish I had from the start. Everything I’ve learned about managing this condition has been hard-won. And honestly, if sharing my story helps even one person get diagnosed sooner, feel less alone, or navigate their pain a little easier then sharing my story makes all of this worth it.
I created Endo Vida because I never want another mujer to feel as lost as I once did. This isn’t just a blog, it’s my way of handing over the flashlight in a dark room.
